Intake

InPersona stands for a personal approach. We therefore find it very important to get to know each participant personally and gain insight into personal management style and behavioral preferences together. The participant then uses these insights to draw up a concise personal development plan. This plan helps to keep focus on achieving their personal learning objectives when implementing a transformational management style.

Support & Develop

To be able to develop a transformational management style, it is necessary to develop transformational people management skills. We do this in small groups of 6 to 8 participants. Over a period of 3 months, we cover a number of essential skills and techniques in 6 group sessions of approximately 2 hours. As every participant prepares for each session through short e-learning modules, there is ample opportunity during the session to train, try and practice new skills together.

Implementation

Over a period of 2 months, participants integrate their newly acquired transformational people management skills into the ‘GROW the InPersona Way’ methodology and create a concise implementation plan. 3 additional 2-hour sessions are available for this.
Each participant is then supported in the implementation by our experienced coaches during 4 individual sessions of 45 minutes each.
