Obtaining personal data

If you use our services, you provide us with your personal data in order to provide you with these services. This can be done, for example, during a conversation, via our website, by email, by telephone or in another way. It is also possible that we obtain your personal data from third parties in the context of the coaching, assessment or training & development processes.

InPersona coaching processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Name and address details
  • Contact information, such as email address and phone numbers
  • Date of birth
  • Sex
  • Work experience
  • Competencies and areas of interest

Purposes

InPersona coaching processes this personal data for various purposes, such as:

  • Maintaining contact;
  • Offering a personal development trajectory;
  • A good and efficient service provision;
  • Management of the client base;
  • Performing administrative actions, such as planning;
  • Improving our services;
  • Reporting and analysis for accountability to clients and for service improvement;
  • Invoicing;
  • Collecting money and taking collection measures;
  • Marketing;
  • Compliance with legal obligations;
  • Conducting disputes;
  • Being able to offer personalized advertisements and information on the website;

What is the processing based on

Your personal data is processed to implement the agreement with you regarding coaching, assessment, training & development processes. Your personal data may also be processed in order to comply with a legal obligation, such as, for example, obligations based on tax law.

We also process personal data for the legitimate interests mentioned below:

  • Improving our services;
  • The protection of our financial interests;
  • Security and management of our systems;

Whenever personal data is processed on the basis of consent, this will be requested separately.

Provision to third parties

In the context of our services, personal data may be provided to third parties. For the aforementioned purposes, services from third parties can be used, such as our IT suppliers, testing agencies or other third parties that are involved in the coaching, assessment, training & development processes. These third parties may also only process your personal data for the aforementioned purposes. Your personal data could also be provided in the context of a legal obligation or court order.

We will not provide your information for commercial or charitable purposes.

Transfer of your data outside the EEA

The EEA is the European Economic Area, consisting of the countries of the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland. Your personal data may be processed outside of the EEA by our cloud provider based in the USA. Concrete guarantees have been made for this on the basis of the law.

In addition, your data may be stored by third parties outside the EU when Google Analytics, LinkedIn or Facebook are used in contact with you. These parties are “EU-US Privacy Shield” certified, so that they will comply with European privacy regulations.

How long we keep your data

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes stated in this privacy statement. This means that your personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to achieve the relevant goals.

Certain data must be kept longer, because we must comply with legal retention obligations, such as the fiscal retention obligation.

How we secure your data

We believe it is important that your personal data is protected against loss or unauthorized access of your personal data. That is why we have taken appropriate security measures.

Profiling

Behavioral analyzes are made of the information collected about you. We do this to improve our services and to provide feedback and advice to clients by means of reports.

In addition, we combine the personal data from various sources, such as the website, in order to be able to offer you personalized offers and information.
