Our transformational leadership program ‘GROW the InPersona way’ is aimed at helping participants to achieve lasting behavioural change. We are only satisfied when participants in our program apply their transformational skills in their daily practice.
To realize this, we try to respond to the actual needs of participants. During an extensive individual intake, we help participants gain insight into their personal management style and behavioral preferences. To contribute, we use well regarded Hogan personality assessments. To help participants achieve their personal learning goals when implementing a transformational management style, we ask them to draw up a concise personal development plan.
We then support participants to develop transformational people skills and provide valuable insights into various theories and techniques. Once that is done, we start with the practical application. But a key element of the program is yet to come.
Because we know how difficult it is to bring about lasting behavioral change, participants receive individual coaching and support in the implementation process. There is only a return on the investment if the result become visible in daily practice, to which we are committed.
Another important feature of our program for those busy executives: we can offer this program face-to-face as well as online. In online version, participants don’t have to travel and sessions never last longer than 2 hours. All our well-documented preparation material is available online in our learning hub. All reading material is organized around topics to be covered in the session. This allows participants to prepare in a short and focused manner. Online sessions therefore also offer plenty of opportunities for peer learning and a lot of practicing.
